Poverty Beach
Located at the north end of Beach Ave.
Poverty Beach traces its' history back to
the early twentieth century when the east
end of Cape May was largely marshland
with very few homes or even streets for
that matter. My how that has changed!
Also a popular spot for surfing especially
during big storms with rough surf.
